Great product but laborious installation. The instructions provided in the box teaches you nothing. Fortunately there is the official website (slightly better) and online help (much better). Unfortunately, if I succeeded in connecting the balance on my WiFi connection, the scale shows an error message. After contact with the customer service Fitbit (little able to help you in fact), it turns out that it is a defective product. In principle this problem is not an isolated case, up to you to see if you want to try your luck anyway ... For my part, I will return it with no regrets!
