Christmas celebrations, New Year holidays .... Bad habits that settle very quickly (fat we eat, we drink a small glass, we will blunder on 1 January ....) and then I order the book I leafed, convinced that, like many "regimes" I'm gonna break early or tired very quickly, WELL NO, I not only held (zero alcohol, snacking zero) 14 days of delicious soups (I did not prepared that way) lean meat, cheese 0%, sweetener instead of sugar I put two across in years .... The result is there, least TWO KILOS NINE ... And I have not even tried hard, I ate without feeling frustration, vegetables, fruits, loved resume breakfast in the morning, and I now want to keep these good habits .... CONVINCED
