Accordingly skeptical I was when I opened the shoebox for Christmas and I held the first pair Dr Martens Made in Vietnam in his hands. This skepticism gave way immediately after the first evaluation. The shoe was meticulously crafted, smelled deliciously of leather and up to the lack of lettering Made in England I could not detect any differences in quality of the Made in England. Only the sole is slightly transparent, so that you can now see the individual air chambers better. I personally like this very well. Finally, yes, the air chambers the special feature of the shoe and were previously rather weak or not at all visible.
The biggest change in my opinion is the removable and cushioned insole. This comes in handy, because the shoes after a long day now fully aired and dry. Furthermore, the comfort with the insoles is worlds become better. It is literally in the clouds.
In the recessions I have often read that this shoe to lose more value. I wear size 42 shoe and this fits perfectly. However, comparing the sole length (in my case with the Vintage series) so this is actually to about 1cm longer and 0.5 cm wider. This is my opinion on the additional insole, which needs more space. Without this shoe one size would be too large.
The soft leather (Crazy Horse) shoes must not be broken in painful and is very easy to clean.
All in all I'm really surprised and can this shoe, even if it is not made in England, each friend.
