The unit arrived in a big, about 45kg heavy cardboard. The foot had to be assembled, but this was done without any problems in a few minutes. The bench was bolted together as very nimble.
The impression is of high quality, the material processed clean and feels good. The stool is just fine, the material, but adequate. The headphones have an integrated volume control, the cable is very long, the ear cushion but a little hard.
The sound is very good, though not top class for my taste. It lacks a little more bass, but what you can fix to the terminal of an amplifier. The headphones deliver on this point also a slightly better sound. About the various Voices of the piano has been written on the Internet already enough. The two organ sounds are decent, the strings also. Is beautiful yes, that you can combine two sounds and so can combine eg piano with strings or the two organ sounds. The strings go but, my feeling is, each bit too strongly.

So to sum it a great electric piano at a really good price. There is certainly still room for improvement, but in this price range, it is absolutely fine and my recommendation.

I could my piano now times compare with a YDP-141 and was surprised that the YDP-161 is still significantly better by the sound of her. The piano sound is heard more beautiful, even if I miss to be the bass.
