Impeccable at the second attempt

The first shipment contained a damaged box that rattled fondue, the pot could not be wobble-free set up, etc. So also described before as in the reviews.
Maybe this makes faulty unit here the round and leads to the bad reviews :-)

I have certainly not let me discourage and complained. After a few days I got delivered a replacement unit.

The up to my expectations, which are based on the name of Tefal and the called price: it rattles nothing, the pot sits stable and wobble-free, the heat output is more than satisfactory.

Tip: Meat fondue inflame at level 5, after Reset at level 4.

We were certainly satisfied all the first fondue evening; I see no difficulty in cleaning. Even if, however unlikely it is, something should be running below the heating coil on the plate.
