Moving from Android - not regret it!

I used to date for several years various Android smartphones and belong to the variety Users who want to be always at the forefront hardware and remain the operating system like loyal, just out of habit. When it comes to Android, however, left me with a certain "frustration" used. Was it initially always exciting new Apps & Widgets and Launcher try, etc., now irritated me the more homogeneous and more modern look of Win8. The hardware of the Lumia 920 appealed to me, and so I am in possession of the gray model for a few days. Of course, the HTC One was also up for debate - it's the perfect Android smartphone currently, no question. Nevertheless, I have decided for the 920.

For hardware and also to Win8 God was here even now white written enough - my contribution to just only encourage other potential Android newcomers, to this unit (and thus something to Win Phone 8) engage. I use my smartphone semi-professional, semi-private. With games, I've not so, I use the more traditional communication tools on the smartphone. E-mail, Facebook, Xing, Whatsapp, of course Internet.

What can I say - I have not looked back. Win Phone 8 is absolutely refreshing. Everything runs smooth as silk on the Lumia 920, the hardware was amazing (for my taste, especially the matt gray variant - reduced industrial design pur). The operating principle is slightly different, but it is also totally reasonable (if you're getting into it). The weight is no problem at all - clearly I have scared me when I took it for the first time in the hand. But one wants to upset serious about 40 grams more? That's silly. The often described impression that just a valent feeling is created by the weight, right by the way, it's really true.

The Live Tiles are great and IMHO just chic and just practical. The entire UI and creator of Win Phone 8 is great and not nearly as appreciated as it would deserve. Who the unaltered since felt 20 years UI of iOS times viewed entirely neutral and Win Phone 8 next stops must really intuitive for Windows access device. But such discussions are indeed absolutely pointless and may well not be done objectively, -)

Wanted as I said no individual features highlight, but simply reflect that I not a bit regretted the move and just makes my Lumia 920 fun. Just In Time for the wireless charging station: I thought at first that it was an unimportant gimmick. Have nevertheless ordered the edgewise charging station to do so. Of course it is only a tiny - yet: The unit easy to just have it noted without any pins meet is already cool.
