The previous reviews are spot on, so I will confine myself to the measurement accuracy. For years, I led "feud" with my doctor because in the doctor's office by up to 30 points (!!) higher individual values were measured, as I had previously measured at home with my wrist monitor (former conjecture. Wg pretty medical assistants ??). A test measurement of both devices in practice revealed then that the wrist unit actually delivered completely wrong values. Such a huge difference I would have never expected. I can therefore only advise against the purchase of wrist instruments - they are good may not even as a rough guide, and that can be dangerous !! The next test measurement in practice, with the new Panasonic and calibrated medical device, immediately after the other on the same arm: both devices showed almost identical values. So 5 stars because of the measurement accuracy. In other arm gauges, however I could not compare the Panasonic.
