The Nestreinigertee should be drunk in combination with Zuklustee 1 and 2 (depending on the phase of the cycle).
The taste tastes of nettles. I love Brennesseltee especially in summer.

Zyklustee 1: Improves egg maturation and ovulation and moves en 2-3 days forward
Zyklustee 2: Lengthens the second phase of the cycle by 1-2 days, resulting in a higher Einnistungswahrscheinlichkeit.
Nestreinigertee: I do not know, can be drunk the whole cycle over.
