Firm hold, not disturbing or wiggling. Flexible angle of the light adjustable, so you can adjust the light cone of the running speed and also oncoming persons not hidden. Two different magnitudes for different lighting conditions and a flashing mode, however I do not use. Easy to operate, to take even with gloves and without the lamp from the head. I am totally satisfied!
