Steer clear of this castle! I was allowed to watch yesterday on a surveillance video, how exactly this model (not purchased from Amazon) opened within 10 seconds without tools and my brand new bike was taken. On the web there are also corresponding videos that demonstrate this. Apparently, you can take the knob to open "feel" the right combination without knowing it, clearly a design flaw!
I would give 0 stars, unfortunately that will not do.
