To look at photos and play games it was bought (have no television connection and DVB-T does not work here). Already have a 28 "Samsung UHD (TFT Panel) and a 27" IPS panel (2560x1440 pixels).
Professional assessment of my acquaintances, the bigger and much more expensive devices have UHD: The built-in processor does not always respond "immediately" to the remote control - because you realize maybe the most competitive price.

When connected to a PC with an Nvidia GTX 970 via HDMI cable, the on-screen menu proposes equal before the correct HDMI port and instantly the TV is recognized as a 4096x2160 monitor is 60Hz. A difference in quality for 28 "UHD Samsung (which is connected via DisplayPort) I have not seen Certainly the 27's." Monitor with IPS panel viewing angle stable - but I'm sitting in front of the center, because that is not a strong argument.
