Nice product but preformances check

The PowerBank is very pretty: slightly shiny white hull, delivered in a box clean design with a small soft storage case and a charging cable (USB to Micro USB). It can be recharged on a computer USB or plugged into a socket iPad or iPhone.

In use I have mixed feelings but I have not done that 3 recharge cycles. Connected iPad 2% of battery in use (Youtube) he manages to maintain the charge but it also happened that is not enough to prevent the shutdown of the unit.
If the iPad is not in use, recharge occurs (rather slowly even using the 2A socket designed for devices with high capacity batteries) but it does not load beyond about 60%.
Yet its ability to achieve expected 10400mAh load min iPad (3rd generation) of 11600mAh about 90%.

I'll see what happens after several charge / discharge cycles.
