Update 2015: After almost five years continuous use, the cutting board is still in use. Of course, the surface of the many cutting bread is greatly roughened, but I see no reason why the Board for further five years should no longer be operational.
From time to time (perhaps two to three times) I rubbed it with plenty of cooking oil - the board obtained by further strong dark tone and especially the grain on the back shimmers thereby wonderful. On the top makes oils is not much difference, since adopted because of the roughness of the oil again quickly either in the wood or the drain.
Stars changed from 4 to 5, as it is excellent value for money.
