This is really easy and the grill result usually phenomenal, especially with steaks, burgers and turkey slices. Only with extremely curved pieces of meat a short cut control is necessary because the thicker parts logically take a little longer at the center, as the thinner. And grilled sausages with eg filling (I have a Krakauervariante with cheese tried) you should give some care.
