Well, blame themselves. I did not really listen to the bad reviews, yes. Thought that might have been exceptions and bitching is so fast. Nope! After quite a long time Shipping bubble envelope open and out fell items ... only the tip held. The head of the pin holder was broken and, unfortunately, not included in the shipping bag, so I there surely must assume that the subjects were already laid in defective condition in the Verandtasche. Such a purchase also happened to me not again ... one learns.
