The cooking surface is a good size and brings together carefree between 4 and 6 guests. In the center, a slot is provided for the flow of grease that is collected in a small tray.
The temperature increase is much faster than a stone grill and cleaning after use. Cleaning is done with a non-abrasive damp cloth and the result is really perfect.
There is no need to grease the food unlike the stone grill, just a bit of oil over the entire surface before the warm-up enough. Cooking meat, vegetables, fish, shrimp, scallops Jacques ... is a treat for the taste buds.
The thermostat setting is easy.
The only negatives were that I did not put the 5 *:
- The absence of a minimum income,
- The lack of clarity in the instructions for the thermostat setting.
- The manufacturer's website gives no information on the points above. A small problem that could be improved.
Conclusions: Device is excellent value for money and it is a device that I highly recommend.
If I had to choose between this and a traditional stone grill plancha ceramics: I would take this without hesitation plancha.
