I like the chronic format, they are broadcast on the radio or on TV. The danger of making a book is to be deprived of what makes live the chronic, that is to say, the columnist himself! Text is fed by the acting, tone, body language of the person who says them. With writing, the bar is higher because it lacks all this essential part of what makes a sketch. This collection is no exception: reading it, I felt I was falling into the big easy valve. I am a little disappointed the blow. We must still recognize the quality of some of these chronic that cause reflection (I think that especially dealing with the cost of a child). They are easily read and the reading can easily be interrupted since the paragraphs are short. From there to laugh, same smile, the challenge is in my opinion too difficult to overcome.
