Basically, the product is ok and works for mini cameras! Unfortunately missing dimensions in the description, otherwise I would never have ordered this rail; for my Nikon D300 it is definitely too small. I wanted to have an opportunity to have in wedding and event photos even in portrait format images a transversely positioned flash. Even if the track would be large enough, the screws are not suitable for a quick change of positions. I can recommend the bar for small Digi cameras to work with an external flash or camcorder that need a small headlight.
