The wooden house in itself is very nice and was delivered promptly. But: In the construction we experienced 2 surprises: On the one hand missing any names on the individual pieces of wood so that the assembly in accordance with assembly instructions was anything but easy. Secondly, the measurements given are wrong !!!! The house has not specified as an overall length of 2.40 m including terrace, but is only 2m long. In other words, the house itself is only about 1.60 m long and not as stated 2m !!!! Particularly annoying for us because we have specially chosen the house so in order to stay with our small son in the house sometimes can.
We have this unfortunately only noticed during assembly, so that we also can not return the house. We have the same complaining to the supplier, to get in the Haffnung least a discount. To date, we have received no response from the supplier !!! Service so very bad. Pity!
