And at the price / performance ratio was clear to me: I must have as a pan! But now I am disappointed! The middle bulges and very thus my whole oil runs to the outside or in the not so hot corners !! Quite stupid when searing of eggplant slices or steaks. If the meat or vegetable pieces are pushed into the corners for oil, you can clearly see that there were sizzles not good, because it is there "cooler". And our induction field so heated the entire surface of the pan, actually. I try again as I slowly "high heating"; if that is not too different, I send them back.
