I have most of the books in this collection "basic" I am satisfied and I find it very convenient to have step-by-step images. I tested a few recipes of it and I am disappointed of the results (and that is not the fault of the cook ;-)). An example? Thaï recipe pad, the result is really not up to par, it's inedible limit is certainly due to the amount of tamarind which seems huge ... some nice recipes anyway, like rolls Spring or nasi goreng. In conclusion, I think we should be able to beat this book on Asian cuisine!
