Disappointing Player

I bought this player, thinking back to my previous quality mp3, already Philips GoGear Raga, which dated back to last year. Positive: color, pretty nice. That's the only one I've found.
This reader is not even equal in quality to the preceding: the keys are less sensitive, it is desperately slow, and after a few clicks forward, we find ourselves suddenly where it would not be ... I do serve a little to the music, but mostly for audiobooks foreign language, which means a lot of flashbacks to repeat a sentence. 9 times out of 10, I do not find myself 15 seconds back, but 2 or 3 chapters! It's infuriating, frustrating, infuriating ... I will soon get a different drive, very disappointed with this poor player and Philips, which I expected much better.
