Singler Player Review

I have been all single player campaign played the GoW series and was almost always a good time. Building a good game speed and the perfect blend of action, suspense and cinematic moments have identified the charm for me. And actually I was never disappointed.

For this reason, I have no hesitation in Gears of War Judgement reserved. And what can I say. It is the first campaign that I have not stopped because it is just unbelievable boring.

Seriously ... From a great, almost driven history, a series shooting gallery has become. The developers have just made the effort to give the impression of a story. The process is simple always the same:

1) Loading Screen
2) One minute walk to the area while something trivial is spoken
3) A to N waves of enemies
4) walk to the door
5) Back to 1

That is "only" an arcade shooter and has not much to do up to the universe with the Gears of War series.

I am angry a little, that I bought this title at full price. Microsoft already knew why they give a controller to do so. Probably to reassure the people, as did certain what is delivered here.

But you learn from well known wise. I have canceled after this letdown all pre-orders and will wait for the future for a few days after a release before I decide to buy. Therefore, two stars, because somehow it had then but something good. ;-)
