Having seen that this author had the Goncourt prize with "Goodbye there" in 2013, I wanted to read Lemaitre. So I started with "Black Frames" and I had a hard time hanging. The back story is interesting but soon the main character loses his footing and the theme of unemployment loses all credibility. I expected to discover how this unemployed person will get out of his situation, but here the story escalates and gets lost in the repetition of details throughout the book. Reading is still very fluid.
