My method

Any fruit with a distinct taste of its own purchase. I take apple juice and that works fine.
Corresponding amount of arginine in a drinking vessel. A sip of juice pour it (as much as you get down with a sip) pivot, until everything has dissolved (dissolves very well).
Fix, clean it, swallow and immediately then drink juice. So the salt attack is only very briefly.
In this way, do I give my arginine daily for a month without any reluctance.
