Pro:
+ Polar provides the applications or the website a very good overall package regarding training Monitoring
Priced + (clock + HR + Cadence) very tempting.
+ Light weight
+ Compact dimensions
Cons:
- Low-quality LCD display built. Information is only reasonable frontal read .. If you hold the arm normally (eg sitting position at work) can not be read .. in the position that arises when one would, for example, hold a bicycle handlebar, the time you see absolutely nothing because they extremely ( !) indicates angle-dependent. The product photos can unfortunately not be trusted, that must have sprung from Photoshop.
- Production quality generally below average .. the red start button must be taken exactly in the middle, otherwise it warps only and will not start any action.
- Not waterproof (I would have accepted if the rest of the package would have fit)
- GPS altimetry (I would have accepted if the rest of the package would have fit)
I have not trained so because they return mail goes back to Amazon ... have now bitten the bullet and almost twice as expensive Suunto Ambit 2s bought (I was going to originally do have, however, let me draw the reasonable price of the RC3 ).
