The sound was pretty decent when the headset was connected to my mp3 player.
However, I tested the headphones on my laptop and it sizzles unbearably on bass at medium volume (from 60%).
If the package was not thrown by an overzealous entourage, I would have referred the headphones immediately.
I regret my purchase and do not recommend it.
