Do not like hard water (very hard water)

We have this machine for over a year and despite a maintenance scrupulously respected, as requested by the manufacturer, it breaks down after several months. This comment is serious rightly because it is the second machine we have. Amazon, and excellent after-sales service, we delivered a new one when the problem happened once.
We feel that the internal piping is not suitable for hard water and despite a scaling claimed by the machine (symbol flashing on screen) every 70 cycles, the problem returns for the second time.
Specifically, we schedule a coffee maker for 6 cups, the result is a filled coffee for two beautifully accompanied by a large vapor cloud cups. In short, all the water is unable to filter coffee, it evaporates before.
Apart from that, the machine met all our requirements. Our choice was made on this model, because rare are the coffee machines with mill and programmer. On the coffee quality point of view, nothing to say. From a usability point of view, it is very simple.
