Do we need a complete development?

First anticipate, of course, the question of the "best album" is always subjective, but I must honestly say, after the first Hörenvon Billy Talent III, I was not overly enthusiastic. After the first hearing songs like "Devil On My Shoulder", "Saint Veronika" remain (thanks to the simple but popular and good choruses) and of course hang the previously known "Turn Your Back".
But the more you listen the album, the more you fall in love with it. The ingeniously placed songs after class start with "Devil On My Shoulder" is one with "Rusted From The Rain" (in my opinion one of the weaker tracks on the album) to rest and then again to come first again in sentiment with " Saint Veronika "which is carried on with" Tears Into Wine ". It follows, for some maybe not special titles, however, I find it, however great, "White Sparrows". With "Pocketful Of Dreams" knock Billy Talent second Kracher right out, just great, the rocks! This is followed by "The Dead Can not Testify", which may sound a bit boring at first, but no later than the ingenious chorus each BT-Fan singing with. "Diamond Into The Landmine" is something quiet and lyrical (not like me personally but so much). That will again made up for with one of the most best-BT songs ever, "Turn Your Back". As the penultimate title comes "Sudden Movement" (the third and final weaker tracks on the album), moderately, to not rock you too much. The conclusion is the album with "Definition Of Destiny". Here Billy Talent show again the right direction, the title is rocking., Instead of choosing a quiet, slow tracks at the end of the CD (as many bands do that), the guys put again to the right.

After repeated listening makes the album almost addictive, so clearly the best ever album Billy Talent! The items are well-placed to each other, the only weaknesses (in my opinion) are Rusted From The Rain, Diamond Into The Landmine and Sudden Movements. The rest is just really good and typical Billy Talent.
Stylistically, the album therefore goes back more towards Billy Talent I what I like. What some criticize, there had been no further development, in my opinion, is wrong. Some titles sound developed, you'll just have time Turn Your Back. Lyrically simple hammer, wrapped in a good song.
And honestly, why we like to hear because Billy Talent so? Because they simply times make damn good music! Since I do not want any special changes, style developments or otherwise. Ultimately, there will be the development of some hoped the next album at the latest. Because with Billy Talent III, a trilogy of albums to be completed, a Billy Talent IV will not give it a high probability, if rather then a new album with a new title.

In this respect, clearly the first impression counts, but rather have a few times through the album and like it so slowly more and more;)
