Before working, 5.30 clock in the morning, and after work 20.00 clock I let me very often massage the back muscles and the neck muscles of the part. Then I feel definitely better. I have no office job but a tough construction job. At least 1 week I go to the gym to my back and abdominal muscle training - no training is useful to me the massage not too much. The device replaces course no real massage, but it makes things a hundred times better than no massage. Therefore I rate this as very good part. Everything else has already been said.
