When unpacking should be taken some caution, the mat is rolled and unrolled at a relatively high pressure, when you cut through the conveyor belt. Top it in place with enough space and not try to keep the mat firmly. After that, everything is easy, the mat is pretty stable, partially transparent and has little nubs that allow the bottom in the carpet 'clings'. Interestingly, that works very well in this mat, it is firm and secure. We have the same mat even in a smaller format, as it shifts regularly (at the same carpet and similar use). Maybe it's the greater weight of larger mat. We need of course an office chair with hard floor casters, otherwise the chair on the base is faster than you can sit ;-) Overall recommended, solid goods. Update: After some time of use, it turns out that the support unfortunately pulls threads from the carpet. The little nubs that are to cling, to do so, but unfortunately permanently with unsightly consequences. But does not protect damaged ...
