My first 'meal' has me already only once shocked, mainly because of less pleasant taste. Tastes about how crushed cardboard boxes with a little honey :-( Nevertheless I persevered there. Since my first dose less than 3 months (!) I got down to 20kg. Now another 10, then it should be good.
My daily plan: breakfast 'normal', but not in excess. Lunch Almased evening Almased. After every 5 hours. In the evening there's still a Fitne tea. Only on Saturday night I hammer purely normal. Forever can the stuff that is not even eat. Every now and then there are times the evening instead Almased a steak etc. with vegetables (no carbs).
Of course, sports. Cycling, jogging, gymnastics. Thus the pounds tumble even better. I have a daily calorie deficit of 800-1000 calories. For this help iPhone Apps. I drink as much as I am thirsty :-p possible hold no sweet Cola etc.
Whether all this is now finally 'healthy', I can not judge. I feel in any case much better and fitter. This is actually only at night somewhat impractical ...
For oil: Unfortunately, one must here admit oil. Somehow I am reluctant to mix oil in a cold drink. I had ordered me here a walnut oil to. Expensive's it, but tasteless. Since the shutter has annoyed me, I have now tried other oils. Linseed oil is good but a bit heavy. Currently I try it with almond oil. Who buys the local grocery store, saving half ...
Other products: I have tried more items of Slimfast and Feelgood. Taste much better, but I did not feel so fit and took off less well than with Almased. So I stick to it. You have to stop only imagine that it tastes good ;-)
Later, I will from time to replace a meal by Almased then, and especially in the evening any more carbohydrates. Is also very convenient for the office, if you do not have to get out every lunch and what to look for food. This opens ere in any unhealthy food.
Who says this stuff is expensive, which is to go out to eat every lunch time here in the big city. After 2-3 meals you have to get out the box. And for me it holds a week! I've saved so what.
