Does the sound of my guitar greatly improved!

I bought recently a used Hohner MC06 because I wanted to learn another instrument. That means I'm a beginner, at least for the guitar. The Hohner MC06 is an older guitar from the 80s, which is said to have a very good sound. Unfortunately, they did not sound so good after purchase. Since the strings were already very worn and the jacket had come loose at the low E string already, I ordered these strings in the medium version.

The pulling of the strings I imagined very difficult. So it goes well for all beginners. But since I have seen (looking at Youtube by Alex and change strings) the video of "Alex", it was completed in 30 minutes, as can be seen in the picture. Here no strings are torn, not the thin E string, though I have slightly pulled, as explained in the video.

Then came the surprise: the sound of my guitar had totally changed. The strings sound like nice stop long after and the bass has a lot more volume. Even though I'm playing guitar beginners respect, I can tell because I've been playing a long piano and therefore already have some knowledge of music.

The strings retain after a few days the pitch relatively constant, so that it is sufficient retune it every day before the game shortly. But the mood is very low and still moves within the tolerance range of my voice app. The thin e-string made so far no problems and is not torn.

Therefore, I would recommend this string without restriction.
