Generally, I'm not really a fan of chick lit. But I had heard a lot about this book and still good and I needed something light. Kate Klein is a former investigative journalist who was living in New York. Following a sentimental disappointment, she meets Ben, with whom she will marry soon and have a beautiful baby girl, followed by two twin without having really had time to realize it. She finds herself without being able to say ouf lost in a small town in Connecticut where she does not feel completely at ease, she the daughter of New York. All mothers are so perfect in her neighborhood, she feels so outdated. Until the day when one of these women then invited him to come and eat at home to talk to her, she finds her dead in her kitchen, a knife stuck in his back. Suddenly, his spirit of investigative journalist resurfaced. She decides to investigate ... and many things will be revealed. Adultery stories, deception and sleeping around, but also family stories and even the former love of Kate's life will resurface ... We think a little Desperate Housewives and it is quite right - ) A book full of spirit which we turn the pages without really realizing it, carried in the life of Kate and its investigation. Great humor and twists. A write simple and fluid ... I laughed a lot and I liked ... A good time reading, true relaxation ...
