I use this MP3 for some time at least once a week. It's amazing how quickly you get into a relaxed state. The quiet, pleasant voice of the speaker is of course the most important thing. The discreet music and background sound are just right, not overdone and leave plenty of time for their own imagination.

I can only recommend, especially for such a low price.
