I bought this exercise machine after testing the physiotherapist. Since I am more frequently during exercise I searched long after regeneration or devices with which one can relax the back muscles. The price of the Trigger Point is certainly a little high for one or the other of us. But the effect one can obtain with regular use, allows the price quickly forgotten in proportion to health. The training booklet is included that is somewhat maintained lean, there would either better should be present or as a thank you, a trial membership.
