Works well for the price. I use it to connect a Wii console to a projector. There actually has a somewhat fuzzy white band at the bottom of the screen but it is not particularly troublesome in my case. In addition, it adds a bit of black edges in the image. Depending on the power supply used, you can hear a shrill whistle which can be unpleasant. This was particularly the case with me into the USB port of the Wii, so I plugged into the USB port of my Freebox Player and then the whistle has gone.
Let's say for the price it's OK. The image is a little fuzzy, but I think it's normal since the resolution provided by the console. The product comes with a USB cable without food (in my case, it's not annoying and the limit is rather positive, it avoids having a supply of more lying around in a drawer).
