First of all I must tell you that Douglas Adams is MY favorite SF author. Then he left so little written before disappearing so prematurely left me a great void. Whether anything can not fill. Or rather, but of anything well written, of anything to Douglas Adams, the absurd delusion, whales or flower pots, things that are not found anywhere else. On the other hand, I read avidly all the Artemis Fowl, which I thought the subtle humor and teeming intrigues, so I had an a priori quite positive about Eoin Colfer. But I must still say that I read this book with great apprehension: how to tackle Douglas Adams? Do not I was going to be infinitely disappointed? What should I expect? I can now breathe a big Wow: it's very very good! Eoin Colfer has managed to delve into such an insane world as that of Adams, as abundant as absurd, full of humor, and in addition to resume the characters, to appropriate. So that frankly, we almost end up the leg of Adams. Real great anything! Cons: The translator's notes, which added a brilliant humor of additional doses are absent. And there, even if it was not from Adams himself, it really made a big lack ... But I do not sulk my pleasure to thank you Eoin Colfer to have revived this great universe which is that of H2G2!
