Dry performance unsatisfactory

Have the device for a few weeks now in use. With the cleaning performance, we are satisfied, and the device runs very quietly.
However, it is disappointing the dryer performance. As already described, the machine remains innnen always wet.
Cutlery example. we always have to dry all by hand. The vaunted Vario drawers are used to. Here, less is sometimes more.
The cutlery drawer has fallen very delicate. Our old dishwasher (Siemens, 16 years) had a cutlery box and we still can not get used. Our next dish is probably a basic device without much nonsense. Unless in this area there is a technological revolution.
