Why the producers of this CD have necessarily both Künster Hans Albers and Lale Andersen brought out together on a double CD, is beyond my knowledge. Perhaps because both have sung many shanties on LP and CD?

Anyway, the songs are well chosen, but already very long in the tooth. I'm saying that there are some CDs of the artists who have better sound quality and but where to find the title also published it sind.Wer like nostalgic and authentic likes and also does not interfere with the fact that it crackles and unmistakable scratches, which will have appreciated this CD. I had not, because I'm used to better quality and looking until I find them.

Four stars I forgive as a tribute to the exceptional artist Lale Andersen and Hans Albers. Only that's why!
