I own this razor for several years (roughly since he is on the market). Since then, I had only the blades regularly exchange - the handle is (apart from slight calcification) as good as new! Here, the blades purchase also reduces to a minimum, since they remain (in comparison to those of other razors) amazingly long sharp. Another advantage of the blade is that the head connector system is "universal". This means all Venus blades (standard, Divine, Embrace ...) fit all Venus-holders! So if you want time to test different blades need not specially a new razor. And should you ever forget who blades can buy one also "lay hands" on the Gillette blades of the spouses - the suit also! (At least the Mach3, Mach5 ... Only the merger it is not working.)
The razor fits comfortably in your hand. It is relatively easy (compared to men's wet shaving). The head springs still perfectly even after many years. Thus, the blades can be very good, "cling". Injury risk is really only in new blades and careless use.
All in all a perfect product that I would not hesitate to recommend!
