Shortly after the warranty the floor nozzle Miele our rod sucker had to get broken, so we had to buy a new one! Unlike the replacement nozzle which was only not nearly as stable, the joint was the pen made of plastic and so quickly broke through! The spare-nozzle has a metal that makes a longer lasting impression and hopefully keeps longer than 2 years! Overall, the nozzle is great and to have at Amazon at a great price, should the Miele spare parts service costs around 10 more!
