Customer Review

Reading the reviews on this pure jewels of the Dzogchen teaching, I am astonished and dismayed to see how the readers combine the teachings, and allow assessments out of context!
This teaching is not basic!
Indeed this book is for experienced players and have received specific instruction by a qualified Master!
Each school of Tibetan Buddhism teaches a different path to reach the end ... The 4 main Tibetan schools, ie: Gelug, Kagyu, Sakya and Nyingma, sometimes using very different approach ....
"The Mirror of the Heart" in question here is a Dzogchen teaching emanating from the Nyingma school. I would add that Dzogchen is also taught by the Bon school tradition that preceded Buddhism in Tibet ....
The language of Dzogchen is specific and does not use the same words as the other Tibetan schools.
To access these kinds of works, it is absolutely necessary to have received his Master "Introduction to the Nature of the Spirit", having made a long retreat with the Master, who has previously taught his disciple all necessary practical (practice here does not mean use rituals), to arrive at Trekcheu and Töguiel, which represent "the Natural Freedom The Spirit" disciple ....
Here there is no question of creation phases of us complete and dissolutions, nor ydams ....
It is clear that before a book review of this spiritual dimension, it is necessary to have knowledge of the subject! If knowledge of the subject is not, then we are back beings to the risk of discouraging and at the same we are hurting ourselves!
PS: Speaking of Buddhism in terms of degrees (0,1,2,3) is a not very serious sense! To talk about as important texts "The Mirror of the Heart" when you do not know what the Dzogchen teaching is a fundamental error that returns us to our own ignorance ...
Before giving readings of advice, it would be wiser to advise beginners to find a qualified Master! A qualified Master knows which books are suitable or not students !!!!! Do not substitute ourselves to the many great masters of different schools, whether they are Theravada, Mahayana or other ....
Forgive me is about live, but it is fundamental and we avoided hypertrophy of the ego
