Break Every Rule (Audio CD)

Customer Review

... Only to the extent that it is not trying times by tired fives to hold mega success of the previous disc. This is exactly what happened after only many well-known singers, whose third album then needed only to appear not at all more.
Private Dancer was not predictable success, something that worked with the whole comeback story around it and went off as the much quoted rocket. Something similar, yes equivalent can not create one.
Break Every Rule is different. Omitted (which was often interpreted as superficially), carefree, almost spaßig- and crazy. Sure, it's mainstream, clearly howling guitars, pounding beats and the synthesizers whine. He lacks the claim and the support to represent something actual grown over the years Tina's life. Exactly this part Private Danver fulfilled. Of this second album released, have produced about smooth numbers on place, so it's as actual bad?
No, there is something for everyone. To have been the success alone in nine national markets across Europe at the same time number 1 speaks for itself. That the total sales has not quite come up to the much-quoted 10,11 or 12 million of its predecessor mainly do- with the buying behavior of white Americans lacking now a myth as selling point.
Typicale Male & What You Get Is What You See go omitted, almost silly, with the demands of SexCat Tina at the men's world order. Two People & Girls grab the Love theme for thoughtful. I'll be thunder and Paradise is here are beautiful ballad, sangestechnisch presented clean with gut feeling. Till the right man comes along flattens a bit what Afterglow & Overnight Sensation perfektionieren- simply inconsequential (where is the bus with the people who are interested in this song ...?). The title track is pure commercialism to Mitklatschen- be it on the concerts or the Radio Promotions for this particular concert. Back Where You Started taking claim for themselves to be biographically (similar to many song Private Dancer) - but the effort seems badly trimmed in this direction.
Tina Turner Goes Sex, provides all her femininity in the service of the cause, alluding in all facets that has to deliver the album on.
"I do not sit at home playing sexy!" Tina once said about the expectations or idea the fans and the press make of her as a private person. They must also not, Madame, yes if it's enough knock us on the stage around the ears and the par excellence. Keep it up!
