Bought by chance the book of the "famous" Alsatian confiturière its promises with simple and original recipes. While those are quickly made if they still require time and anticipation since most are carried out in two stages. it gives us even want to create our own recipes: for jam vines peaches and cointreau I replaced alcohol by orange blossom and I have had nothing but compliments! Thank you to Christine to get us out of the everlasting traditional jams and revisit them by adding a personal touch!
