Very fast delivery, broken piece immediately re-delivered and installed quickly. It is true that the upper platform give an impression of fragility, but they must be tighten. Our two cats are the claws on poles and enjoy the highest levels. I do not regret this purchase for a very reasonable price given what we found in stores!
