I had bought the capsules imRahmen a metabolic diet with Almased and am very happy with the result. This was preceded by a colon cleansing with the aim to stimulate and beef up the immune system and the intestinal flora and metabolism. A resounding success, and the capsules are in my opinion part of Erfolgesund I would buy me back.
