The more cleaning product: everything comes apart and can be rinsed with water or alcohol to pass the accessories. Lighting is the little extra that far from being a gimmick quickly becomes indispensable. The tilt head is really good to position the camera correctly. Well the hairs are pulled out and not cut. Speed 1 seems a bit fast for the face and armpits (too painful even with wax is hard!).
