Caveat: I am not a semi- or even fully-professional craftsman, but pure chance hobbyists. However, we are building and since you constantly have to measure possible of course everything. This device is easy to use, comfortable to read and largely self-explanatory (I do not like epic long manuals and it needs to operate not). The accuracy of the measurement result I have not checked to the millimeter - but the measured distance corresponded in our case the plan and that's why I hope the best :-) In my view, strong buy recommendation.
