Plunging me in public law and its various branches, in view of a competition category A, I set my heart on this particular to reacquaint myself with the planning law. Overall satisfied with the collection of "essential" Squares, I do not appreciate it. The matter of planning law is already quite tight but there is sometimes highs. Sometimes we have 3 lines on a series of a dozen acronyms not even mentioned in the glossary (or in the preceding paragraphs and in brackets). Examples of development principles are sometimes irrelevant. The overall plan of the book also lacks "breaths" and is too dense. The author sometimes seems to go in digressions sub-sub-sub-parts of paragraphs. To summarize, the whole lack of clarity and swarms of acronyms orphans of their definition. The first part indigestible while the second is more consistent with what we find in this collection. Last downside: too few cases and too many articles of laws or regulations sometimes discarded in bulk.
